Work with the clients to gather all the information about the relocation in order to implement an efficient plan to accomplish the relocation with minimum effort by the clients.
· Assure clients have the best Real Estate Professionals available to
assist them in selling their current home and finding them a home at their new location.
· Provide the relocating clients an understanding of
the full process they will be going through and provide a checklist to guide
them through.
· Available at all times to consult with
and answer all questions for the clients and keep the clients fully informed throughout the process.
· Minimize as much as possible the time,
effort, and stress on the clients to relocate..
· Consult with and assist the clients in all aspects of selling their current
home and purchasing another home in the new location. Guide clients through the complicated selling and buying processes.
